Operate a variety of manual and CNC machines that are pre-set with established processes
Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to complete assigned production tasks
Read and interpret basic blueprints and mechanical drawings
Perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
Maintain high-quality production standards while meeting established output requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings
Working knowledge of shop math and precision measurement tools
Ability to operate production machinery and meet production targets

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (i.e. safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, shop-floor paperwork, and procedure manuals).
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Forklift certification may be required
Must be obtained within three (3) months if applicable
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Frequent repetitive motion involving hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead
Ability to work around moving machinery and equipment
Ability to work overtime as required
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
