High School Diploma/GED
1+ years of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift/Hours: Tuesday - Saturday (6:30am – 3:00pm)

Be able to work in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas.
Be able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand or work up to 3 hours at a time for up to 8-10 hours.
