Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, financial services, or high-volume customer support environment.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications while accurately documenting information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong grammar, and the ability to professionally communicate with clients, management, and peers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving, de-escalation, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
Must be able to work in a virtual setting while onsite during training.
Average daily call volume ranges from 40-60 calls per day.
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time (5-7 weeks classroom-style training with OJT provided)
