Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising installation teams, field personnel, or production operations.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and installation schedules.
Strong understanding of residential HVAC replacement processes, equipment applications, ductwork modifications, permits, inspections, and installation best practices.
Experience coordinating with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, and field technicians.
Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
