Soldering experience is required; certification to J-STD-001 is a significant advantage
Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, strippers, and soldering irons
Must be able to meet and maintain workmanship standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610)
Must have good English communication skills (reading and writing) to successfully complete training and follow highly regulated work instructions
Experience with potting, molding, or testing cable assemblies is a plus
