Experience working in a production environment with strong mechanical aptitude
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, solve problems, interpret data, and apply continuous improvement mindset
Ability to operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic competency level, including high-speed printers and rendering equipment
Ability to complete basic data forms, follow English verbal/written instructions, and use basic PC and numeric keyboard skills
Capability to work effectively in a team environment with strong work ethic, punctuality, and scheduling flexibility
Must work a minimum of 24 hours/week, up to 40 depending on production needs
Ability to stand for 8 hours and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift
