Location: Fountain Valley/Huntington Beach, CA
Greet guests with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor upon arrival
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset
Answer and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
Coordinate reservations and update guest information in hotel systems
Process payments, verify billing details, and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Deliver a high-level guest experience that reflects the hotel's standards
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills—must be highly engaging and guest-focused
Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred (but not required for the right attitude)
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude
Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and morning/afternoon shifts
