Basic computer skills to complete job-related expenses

Capable of passing 6G position heavy wall weld test using both GTAW and SMAW process on both carbon and stainless steel

Skilled in use of manual SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW welding processes
You will be expected to travel domestically and internationally, potentially on short notice.
Minimum two years training leading to Diploma or Certificate from technical/trade school or apprentice program in welding or manufacturing.
Minimum of three years welding experience
Ability to pass drug screen and extensive background investigation.
Must also be able to obtain unescorted nuclear plant access.

Must be able to maintain attendance as defined by the company policy.
Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable) and fitness for duty test (as applicable).
Must successfully complete the required welding test, specific to type, material and position which allows the welder to be qualified within the TTC quality system.

Must be able to read and correctly interpret blueprints.
Heavy work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Position requires frequent standing and repetitive use of hands. Bending over, climbing, reaching overhead, kneeling and pushing/pulling are required occasionally.
TIG and GMAW short arc experience is required.
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
The welder must be able to use all company owned methods of operating machinery, i.e., forklifts/trucks, jib cranes, overhead cranes, etc., and must be willing to train and adapt to new systems.
