Ability to climb ladders when necessary for inspections or applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures and best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Evolve, Paylocity, and other mobile technology used for reporting and scheduling

Frequent standing, walking, and bending while performing exterior treatments
