Operate a crane or hoist to lift items weighing more than 50 lbs
Basic Skills: Average math skills and simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions in English and complete logs and reports in English
Measurement Accuracy: Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
Assembly Expertise: Background in assembly or installation with strong mechanical aptitude
Blueprint Reading: Experience interpreting and working from blueprints
Physical Capability: Handling heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products
Shift Readiness: Ability to consistently stand for the entire shift and work scheduled hours in compliance with company policies
Strength Requirement: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Environmental Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
