High School Diploma or GED required
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and pallet jacks required
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices
Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English
Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory
Lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work a minimum of 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed
Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and pallet jacks
Move products throughout the warehouse and store inventory in designated locations
Build accurate customer orders for shipment
Pick, pack, label, weigh, and prepare products for shipping
Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy
Repack and strap shipments as needed
Complete required paperwork accurately
Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
Charge and change forklift batteries
Assist with physical inventory counts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company standards
