Familiarity with common hand tools, with an understanding of selecting and utilizing the appropriate tool safely and effectively for each task
Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and replicate assembly procedures consistently
Awareness of required personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks, and adherence to PPE usage protocols
Basic blueprint reading skills sufficient to interpret technical drawings and assembly guidelines
