2+ years of experience in the injection mold industry
2+ years of experience as mechanic ore technician
Inspection experience and able to use precision measuring devices for overall quality.
Knowledge of proper Health and Safety measures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics
Good math skills
Understand and practice safe working methods
Basic understanding of tools
Be willing to work to ISO / QS 9000 standards and have a commitment to continuous improvement
Capable of performing physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work both independently and on a team.
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, consistently following established quality and safety standards.
Must be knowledgeable in reading and interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings.
