Maintains an in-depth and current knowledge of the Stoughton Trailer business processes as well as industry best practices.
Provides leadership and support to a cross-functional team of key stakeholders in the business, responsible for process execution.
Performs analysis and investigation into root cause of problems and proposes solutions.
Prepares detailed functional specification based on business requirements and as necessary assists with technical design specifications.
Monitors requests for add, change, or delete of functionality within a process.
Monitors process adherence and consults with the process owner and end user for issue resolution.
Supports and enhances Syteline with a continued focus on process improvement to meet business case goals.
Participates in system upgrades and new business implementations.
Maintains up to date end user and system documentation.
