Must be able to lift 20-25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; including but not limited to forklift, pallet jack, VoCollect headset and other computerized picking equipment and systems (training provided)
Accurately pick, scan, stack and place selected cases on pallets safely and efficiently; minimizing product damage, maximizing trailer space and assuring cold chain and quality standards are met
Work in and be exposed to various temperatures/environments (Ranging from -20 degrees F in frozen area, to 85 degrees F in the warehouse)

High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with exposure to inspection, quality checks, or other detail-oriented processes
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and accurately document results
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks with consistency
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding quality issues
