Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent field. - Required.
9+ Years Commercial Loan; documentation, closing, or other directly related experience. - Required.
9+ Years Account relationship management experience. - Required.
Expert knowledge of commercial loan documentation, loan closing processes and procedures, lending policies, compliance and lending regulations .
Ability to accurately review, read and interpret highly complex loan documentation.
Expert knowledge of due diligence and risk management requirements.
Accurate and detail oriented.
