Assemble a variety of items:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
Verify production processes

Complete required paperwork accurately (ex: control sheet, timesheets, scrap/shortage sheet).
Use pneumatic and simple hand tools (screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, hand cutters)
May include assembly of components on printed circuit boards, wire harnesses and/or final product
Operate various manufacturing or simple electronic equipment (air driver, hand crimper, hand-cutting machine, lead-forming equipment). May include stand-off machine, amp machine, and solder iron
Assure assemblies are complete and make minor repairs if necessary.
A Day In The Life
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
Requires good hand and eye coordination, finger dexterity, mobility and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Inform group leader or supervisor of problems that may arise.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Perform soldering
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Must be able to distinguish and identify different components/part colors.

Working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook computer systems including experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and manufacturing scheduling software
Previous work experience as a member of a team, or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing between team members
Ability to work flexible hours as needed and may be required to work overtime
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures regarding corrugated manufacturing
Three (3) years' of scheduling or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
