This position has a starting pay range of $12.75 to $13.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
Other duties as assigned
