3+ years of production supervision experience or a related role leading in a team environment
5+ years of combined factory experience in Manufacturing (operations), Quality, Engineering, or Production Planning
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control management
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and their practical application
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
