Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes)
Steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment
Must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift
Willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed
Gravity of noise level requires ear protection
Ability to operate, monitor and inspect assembly machines, tools, dip tanks, paint lines, impregnation equipment
Ability to perform minor troubleshooting and set-up as necessary
Ability to pack, inspect, prepare for shipment/transfer all products and/or material
Ability to operate moving, hauling and storing equipment
Read and report findings or results of inspections
Maintain work area in neat and clean condition and ensure proper storage of materials and tools
Report any injury, unsafe act or condition promptly to supervisor
Participate in SRP, VPDS, and other Company initiatives
