6+ months of experience in a leadership or team lead role in a food-grade facility
Working knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SQF) and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, USDA)
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (must be able to successfully complete Cargill's Mobile Powered Truck trainings and certification)
Experience performing inventory control tasks such as cycle counting and reconciliation in a food-safe or regulated environment
Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (e.g., coolers, freezers), exposure to outdoor weather (wind, rain, heat and cold) and follow sanitation protocols
Must be able to lift boxes of product (ranging between 30-50 lbs.) and stand/walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
