3–5+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, or Sourcing within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience managing product categories, including product lifecycle and portfolio strategy.
Strong negotiation skills with experience developing supplier relationships and cost strategies.
Knowledge of distribution operations, inventory management, and demand planning concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience required.
