We invest around $1,000 per appointment!!
Consultants attend 8-10 appointments per week

Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based roles
Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
Paid, structured training designed to develop high-performing consultants

Uncapped commission structure - average earnings of $150k-$400k+ annually

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Significant experience trading rates options / nonlinear rates products, with demonstrated ability to run risk and generate P&L
Demonstrated systems development capability
Strong quantitative intuition and comfort working closely with models and analytics
Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset, with experience supporting coverage of US clients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment with strong ownership and accountability
