Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant system issues without supervision.
Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration fundamentals.
Have own basic tools required for this field of work
Frequent exposure to heat, cold, noise, cramped spaces, and heights
Manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to work in outside conditions during all seasons
Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, telecom facilities, etc.).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms.
Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must Pass Drug Test upon hiring and random testing
Have a good driving record
Minimum of 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience or completion of a recognized HVAC apprenticeship.
