Hands-on Maintenance Technician
Maintain and repair powered conveyor systems
480V motors
Sensors
24V/120V control wiring
Troubleshoot VFDs, photo eyes, scanners, and sortation equipment
Preventive maintenance
Repairs on packaging equipment, forklifts, and facility systems
Lighting
Plumbing
HVAC
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics and manuals
Document all work performed in the CMMS system
Follow safety/lockout procedures
Support shift coverage and respond to maintenance calls as needed
Mechanical and electrical repair experience
Experience in a distribution or logistics setting
Hands-on experience with conveyor systems, scanners, photo eyes, and checkweighers
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Comfortable troubleshooting 480V and 24V control systems
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Work at heights or in warm/dusty environments
Willing to work occasional weekend or night shift

Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
