We invest around $1,000 per appointment!!
Consultants attend 8-10 appointments per week

People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based roles

W2 position with full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401k
Uncapped commission structure - average earnings of $150k-$400k+ annually

Valid Class A commercial driver's license
Clean driving record
Valid medical card
24 months of verifiable and proven Class A driving experience in the past 3–5 years as a truck driver
No more than 3 moving violations and no more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years
TWIC Card: A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential card required
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as sit for extended periods during transportation, within Hours-of-Service Regulations
Must be able to lift or move heavy equipment/items, 50lbs or more
Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations related to local transportation
Knowledge: Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software for ELD and TMS
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, dispatch, and customers
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing schedules, traffic conditions, weather conditions, and delivery requirements
Willing and able to maximize DOT 8-day 70-hour rule when required during the work week
