HS diploma or GED
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a mechanical environment preferred
Ability to follow technical instructions or read basic prints
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working with small parts and hands-on tasks
Mechanical aptitude (professional or hands-on experience)
Reliable and able to work in a structured production setting
First shift, Monday through Friday
Paying $19 to $24/hour, depending on experience
