4-8 years of experience in Thermal Control system manufacturing, with a solid understanding of the technology.
Proven leadership and management skills.

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is typically required.

The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
