Minimum of 7 years in an IT support or systems administration role.
Demonstrated success supporting users and systems across distributed environments.
Experience in supporting and managing higher end technical projects
Windows Active Directory, Intune, and Entra ID
Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint Online, Defender, and Exchange Online)
Help desk and remote support tools
Microsoft Server and Windows 11
Networking (routing, switching, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
Virtualization technologies (e.g., Scale computing, VMware)
ERP systems
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and response protocols.
