Proven experience in assembly line work with a track record of reliability and quality output.
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand assembly line processes and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate the assembly team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address production issues and implement process improvements.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedule.
Minimum of five (5) years of Line/Assembly related work experience.
