1-3 years of experience in cable assembly or electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow detailed drawings, prints, and assembly instructions
Proficiency using hand tools and basic test equipment (e.g., multimeter)
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Move and occasionally lift up to 50lbs. or more
Good coordination and flexibility in both hands
Good vision including passing color blindness test
