3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB governance
Broad exposure across multiple ServiceNow modules (not limited to a single specialization)
Strong scripting experience
Experience designing and maintaining REST API integrations
Working knowledge of databases and data modeling principles
Experience building automation or internal systems tooling
Ability to operate independently and serve as the senior technical escalation point
Great fundamentals with Design and Development of Applications
Lead hands-on development and enhancement of workflows, automation, and data structures within ServiceNow
Maintain and improve CMDB and ITOM-related configurations to ensure long-term platform health
Led efforts related to migrating teams from other tools, and into ServiceNow
Design, build, and support REST-based integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Develop scripts and lightweight internal tools to support automation and data flow
Advise stakeholders on architectural decisions, including when to extend ServiceNow versus integrate external solutions
Mentor and guide others while establishing development standards and best practices
Drive operational efficiency through thoughtful automation and systems design
Be the primary point of contact for MIS and IT as it relates to our tool sets
