Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Develop and optimize CNC programs and associated tooling for machine tools with Fanuc, Okuma OSP, and Mazatrol controllers.
Proficiency in CAM software, preferably Mastercam
Experience with hobbing and shaping gear cutting processes and associated part measurement
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, understanding and utilize metrology and geometric tolerancing, and measure complex parts.
Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing.
Project management skills, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
