Must be well organized and be able to develop vendor and internal customer relationships.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience responsible for design, analysis, and development of PCB/mechanical enclosures of production products (military and/or medical electronics is required).
Minimum of 3 years relevant design experience using SolidWorks 3D Modeling Tool. Designing for electronics manufacturing is necessary.
All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
Must be able to utilize Altium to create schematics and PC board layout documentation.
Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Drafting or Electro/Mechanical Engineering Technology.
ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), political asylee, or refugee.
Experience in product development in commercial or defense and design-to-cost environment is necessary.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Utilizes AutoCAD to create and maintain fabrication and assembly drawings.

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
Bachelor's Degree in ME, EE or OE and a minimum of 8 years or an Associate's Degree and a minimum of 10 years or equivalent combination of education and experience of working in working experience in Optics Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar industrial field.
Knowledge of process control, cleanroom operation protocol, and process control for complex opto-mechanical and electro-optical assembly.
