Valid New Mexico driver's license required

Must be able to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for route coverage
Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver linen carts weighing 50+ pounds and load/unload repeatedly throughout the day
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and movement during deliveries
Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate large company vehicles
Operate box trucks up to 26 feet, safely and in accordance with all state, federal, and company regulations
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues in accordance with company procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills with professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while managing time and routes efficiently
Safe and responsible driving habits with strong situational awareness
Ability to follow delivery instructions, route plans, and required documentation processes
Basic vehicle inspection skills (fuel, fluids, tires, lights)
Strong teamwork and willingness to assist production as needed
Exposure to hotel loading docks, production areas, and delivery environments requiring PPE and adherence to safety protocols
Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather, traffic, and road conditions
Must deliver and pick up linen carts and provide exceptional customer service as the primary contact for hotel and resort staff during deliveries
