Post-secondary education in Electronics, Quality Assurance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with IPC standards.
Prior experience testing electronic devices and components.
Working knowledge of mechanical inspections, including the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and Bills of Material.
Familiarity with Engineering document control or PLM systems.
Hands-on experience using inspection and testing tools such as multimeters, power supplies, and calipers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized.
