Prior production experience
1. Cabling, harnessing, PCB Repair, SMT.
2. Reading and math skills.
3. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
4. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents, and other visual aids.
5. Able to resolve simple problems.
6. Able to perform work in a quality and timely manner.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. General knowledge of screening making equipment and techniques.
9. Basic knowledge of printing materials.
10. Able to precisely measure.
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds. Work may require excessive bending or stooping. Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
