High school diploma or GED
2 years progressive mechanic experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Vocational tech training in machine maintenance
Carry and push/pull up to 100 pounds
Read and write English for completion of production/quality documents.
Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages
Familiar with and ability to use basic shop equipment, electric arc welder, plasma cutter, torch and basic hand tools

Must be able to through license and ability to perform Missouri State vehicle inspections.
Will be required to obtain and maintain a license from the State of Missouri, for Missouri Vehicle Inspections.
Will be required to maintain a Class D. Chauffeurs License from the State of Missouri.
Associates degree from an authorized technical school, or equivalent experience, with a recommended 30 plus credit hours of trade school, or a journeyman status from an approved apprentice program.
Ability to lift 60-80 lbs manually.
Ability to lift 50 lbs manually from floor to waist.
Will be knowledgeable and proficient at reading drawings, blue prints, sketches, schematics, and detailed specifications provided by the manufacture of the equipment being repaired.
Will be able to solder, braze, weld, and use precise measuring equipment, electrical test controls, sweat copper connection, and other various related duties.
