Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments (on-site training available)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Operate various production machines according to job specifications, work orders, and production schedules
Load raw materials into the machinery
Monitor machine cycles and parameters to ensure proper operation and prevent errors
Perform routine and in-process quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to established standards and blueprints
