Demonstrated success in a supervisory or leadership role.
Technical knowledge equivalent to a four-year apprenticeship or two years of college/technical training.
Proven leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and support new or entry-level supervisors.
Must be available for scheduled overtime.
