Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management.
Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of properties, commercial office preferred.
Proficiency in Yardi preferred.
Basic understanding of the reconciliation process for CAM, insurance and real estate taxes.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
