Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or comparable or equivalent field experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a construction site superintendent or similar roles
Strong technical and communication skills across stakeholders, including email and document organization, with Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required, Microsoft Project & Procore knowledge strongly preferred
Able to read and interpret documents such as architectural drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
