At least 1 year of center leadership/management experience
Possess a current Texas Child Care Director or Associate credential or the ability to obtain one
A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
Educational Background: Must have a high school diploma or GED, meet state specific guidelines for role, including, but not limited to, Infant and Toddler ECE component
Experience: Must have experience in a licensed child care facility
State Compliance: Must meet state specific guidelines for the role, including immunizations, required health and safety training, CPR/ First Aid Certification, and fingerprint clearance through the DOJ

Physical Resilience: Demonstrates full range of motion to Stand and walk for extended periods of time without significant discomfort
Work in outdoor/indoor conditions
