MIG Welding Experience : Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required.
Physical Capability : Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components as required.
Attendance & Compliance: Ability to work scheduled hours and adhere to company timekeeping and all other policies.
Shift Endurance : Ability to consistently stand for the entire duration of the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
