Ability to properly and safely MiG weld, Flux Core stick weld, and arc gouging required
Ability to read and understand weld symbols required
Must be able to safely MIG, Flux Core and arc gouging to include passing of test(s)
Must be able to safely weld vertical, flat, and overhead with both MiG and Flux Core stick
Must select proper rods or wires to perform the welding job
Must be able to safely use saws, cranes, and forklifts
Must be trained in and know PPE requirements for welding including hood and filter shades and arm/body protection
Successful completion of Permit Required Confined Space Entry training is needed
Knowledge and ability to perform all Grinder tasks required
