Minimum of 3–5 years of experience serving as a Superintendent within the commercial construction industry.
Proven leadership experience in managing subcontractors and directing active jobsite operations.
Absolute willingness to travel extensively (90–100%) to various project assignments nationwide.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and safety practices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work physically on active, fast-paced jobsites.

Valid Driver's License
7+ years of hands-on residential construction experience
Strong understanding of ground-up residential construction sequencing
Experience managing subcontractors across multiple trades
Ability to manage multiple homes or jobsites at different phases of construction
Strong plan-reading ability, including architectural and structural drawings
Ability to identify quality issues, trade conflicts, and construction mistakes before they become larger problems
Highly organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
Comfortable spending most of the workday in the field
Strong communication skills with subs, internal team members, and leadership
