Food Service Equipment Technician – Resort Operations

Minimum of 4 years' experience in troubleshooting
Experience with commercial kitchen repair and maintenance
Knowledgeable with CO2 systems that include soda and beer drink systems
Extensive knowledge in electrical controls with the ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment both electrical and gas fired
Ability to read blue prints and schematics
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices

Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid Florida driver's license
Must be a Florida resident
Must complete pre employment screening & verification; including, but not limited to, motor vehicle records check, references, etc.
Successful completion of a DOT physical (for DOT drivers only)
Must be able to maneuver boxes weighing up to 300 pounds (team lift) & moving dolly
Follow a mapped delivery route, track and report working hours and breaks at appropriate times, adhere to all safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with all weather and conditions
Must have open availability. Meaning you must be able to work any schedule, 7 days a week, including weekends
