B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in aerospace, precision manufacturing, ceramics, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience in QC, inspection, or manufacturing required

CPP will require proof of status prior to employment.

Strong understanding of dimensional inspection, NDT, and precision measurement tools
Proven ability with SOPs, work instructions, and inspection documentation
Proficiency in GD&T; and CAD; familiarity with PLM systems, ECOs, and design controls
