4-year degree, preferably in Social Work or related degree with at least one year in a supervisory experience in the field
Master's degree a plus
Applicant must be approved by the NYS DOH
Experience working with population served including but not limited to: Older adults with mental illness, chronic medical conditions and/or experience with homelessness
Proven management skills
Ability to work well under pressure, including emergency and crisis situations, and be flexible with work schedule when necessary
Able to work with staff and participants in a multi-cultural environment
Able to speak, read, write English (as required by DSS regulation 487.9.13)
On call responsibilities
Travel to different WSFSSH sites, as needed
Regulatory/compliance awareness with DOH/DOHMH/DOB/FDNY requirements
Experience with RealPage, Yardi or similar property management software a plus
