We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.
In your first year, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually.

The hours for this position are from 7am - 5pm, 9am - 7pm or 11am - 9pm.

Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.

As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather (some markets may require deliveries to be made in the snow, while other markets require deliveries to be made in the summer heat)
California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana).
Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). Obtaining this license is a condition of employment; failure to secure it may impact continued employment in this role.
